THE APPLICATION PROCESS

Has one of our vacancies caught your interest? If so, we look forward to receiving your application! Please send it to us by e-mail addressed to the contact person at the corresponding site. If none of our current vacancies is what you are looking for, please feel free to send us a general application.

The application process is as follows:

1. Receipt of your application

  

As soon as we receive your documents, you will receive confirmation that they have arrived.

2. Examination of your documents

  

We will then examine them carefully, which takes a little time.

3. Initial interview to get to know you

  

We will invite you to an initial interview with the Personnel department and the department in question

4. Second interview to go into more detail

  

If the interview goes well, we will invite you to a second interview. This will also be attended by the Personnel department and a member of your future team.

5. Welcome to the team

  

If we both say yes to each other? Welcome to Rotkäppchen-Mumm!

To get the best possible picture of applicants, we use a range of selection criteria. These vary, depending on the level of entry and the position you are applying for. Regardless of the position, being authentic is of particular importance to us.

We also value the following points: We are a family business with flat hierarchies. Communication and teamwork skills therefore play a major role in the selection of our employees.

We love what we do and identify with our brands. We expect the same from new colleagues.

We are also interested in your technical expertise and the professional experience you have gained with previous employers or in internships.

Grades have a major, but not necessarily the decisive influence on the success of your application.
