Das erwartet Sie Over the course of three and a half years, this apprenticeship will give you the opportunity to be involved actively in our daily business and follow the creation of wine and sparkling wine all the way from grape to bottle. As a Wine Technologist, you’ll be responsible for the entire fermentation process and will gain the necessary biological and chemical knowledge to be able to control this process. You’ll learn the required manual skills, recipes and food hygiene regulations and will work with cutting-edge machines and systems. You’ll also learn how to collect and evaluate samples – after all, quality assurance is our top priority and will be guaranteed by you. ### 2.
